Jericho applies the Walls of Jericho but Reigns quickly slips through the legs and into a small package for a near-fall.

Jericho jumps off the top rope but gets caught in mid-air with a Superman punch! Near-fall again for Roman. Jericho dodges another Spear and Reigns hits the ring post. Jericho pulls off the turnbuckle padding and while the referee is putting it back on, Jericho grabs the US title. Jericho is ready to whack Reigns behind the referee’s back but then tosses the belt to Reigns and falls down, Eddie Guerrero style.

The referee argues with Reigns about what happened, then Jericho jumps up and hits a Codebreaker but Reigns kicks out! Jericho gets frustrated and runs at Owens in the corner but Reigns moves, hits the ropes and Spear’s Jericho for the win!

Winner: Roman Reigns

Not sure what purpose there is in keeping Reigns as US Champion, his reign has been entirely forgetful and Jericho could have made the belt fun but we’ll see what happens.

Nia Jax V Bayley is still to come, as is Goldberg on The Kevin Owens Show.

The Brian Kendrick Vs. TJ Perkins

Kendrick rushes Perkins in the corner and takes him down. Perkins recovers and hits a springboard cross body for a quick two count. A series of strikes leads to a running dropkick for another near fall for Perkins.

Perkins counters Sliced Bread No. 2 with a Detonation Kick into the kneebar. Kendrick is forced to tap out, giving TJ the win.

Bayley fights off and shoves Nia into the corner. Nia then runs at Bayley in the opposite corner but she moves and Nia spears the ring post. Bayley starts fighting back but Nia quickly shuts it down and drops some big elbows, then a leg drop.

Nia climbs to the second rope but Sasha Banks’ music hits. With Nia distracted, Bayley jumps to the top rope and hits Bayley-to-Belly for the win!

Winner: Bayley

Bayley is the number one contender now! Sasha comes down ringside, with her knee in a brace, and celebrates with Bayley. Bayley stares at Charlotte, while Nia stares a hole through Sasha.

Goldberg and Kevin Owens are up next!

The Kevin Owens Show starts and we’ve got a table in the ring, along with a guy standing with a KO Show placard over his head. Owens welcomes us to the first edition of his show.

Owens says the stupid idiot Rollins stopped him from helping his best friend beat that stupid idiot Roman Reigns and win the US Champion. Regardless of that, he says they’re main eventing Raw again.

Owens says his guest tonight needs no introduction; he’s a man that redefined the Attitude Era, a man who only needs to stand in the ring for fans to chant his name: Chris Jericho! The fans boo, and Chris Jericho says you know what happens when you chant for Goldberg during Raw, during The Kevin Owens Show? Tampa Bay just made the list!!

Jericho says he has a bombshell to drop, before Goldberg comes out. He announces that he will be the third entrant in the Royal Rumble. Owens asks what good that is, if he wins they have to fight. Jericho says it’s perfect because no matter who wins, they walk out the Universal Champion. Owens says it isn’t perfect, he doesn’t want to fight his best friend…and just then Goldberg interrupts them!

Goldberg comes into the ring and says that Jericho being in the Rumble match means that he’s first! Owens tells him to sit down and Goldberg tosses the chair from the ring. Goldberg takes his jacket off and Jericho calls him a neanderthal. Jericho asks him if he knows what happens when you throw chairs around? Goldberg faces up to him and says he knows what happens: a Spear and a Jackhammer.

Owens asks if he’s supposed to be intimidated because he threw furniture around. Kevin grabs the table and throws it out of the ring, then throws a chair out as well. Owens and Goldberg get face-to-face and start arguing and out comes Paul Heyman!

Heyman trolls the fans, pretending Brock is here. He gives us a spoiler for the Royal Rumble: Eat, Sleep, Eliminate, Repeat. Heyman says it a few times and says he could go on and on but Goldberg interrupts and tells him that he will take care of Lesnar again. He says he doesn’t care if it’s Lesnar or Owens, he will take the title. Roman Reigns makes his way to the ring.

Reigns calls Jericho and Owens delusional, saying they aren’t going to win anything. Roman turns to Goldberg and they square-up. They stare at each other for a few seconds before we hear a roar: Braun Strowman. Braun grabs a mic from a cowering Paul Heyman and says he will win the Royal Rumble. Jericho and Owens climb out of the ring.

Strowman enters the ring and comes up beside Goldberg and Reigns, who look at each other then double-Spear Strowman! They talk some trash before Roman walks off and Goldberg celebrates on the turnbuckle.

That’s it for Raw tonight! What did you guys think of the show? Who do you think can win the Royal Rumble? Let us know in the comments and follow me on Twitter! Come back here tomorrow night for SmackDown Live and 205 Live results, and until then, safe journeys!
